Who we are

Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Faeng Development is led by Pat Dooling: an entrepreneur, investor, and real estate developer. A graduate of Stanford and Harvard Business School, Pat has worked in management consulting at Bain & Company, in private equity at Bain Capital and Riverside Partners, and ran his own commercial real estate development firm for several years. A mental health and sobriety expert, Pat is the founder and CEO of Dray, a non-alcoholic bottle shop that has locations in Boston's South End and Cambridge's Central Square. Together with his family, Pat leads real estate development projects in communities where he has deep roots and relationships.
